Front desk older gentleman was so nice!👍 But this hotel needs major renovations in the bathrooms and air ducts cleaned. The air inside the rooms was so BAD either it was a leak or they spray something to cover the smell with some chemicals. Please take better care of the air your guests breathe when they sleep! Hotel overall quiet some street noise from cars int be morning better to get room on parking side.

I’ve been staying at this hotel when visiting family out here the last decade and this place has unfortunately gone downhill the last few years. I’m asthmatic and the last few times I’ve stayed here I’ve felt very irritated with allergy like symptoms and asthmatic flare ups - I always chalked it up to having a small cold or mystery allergies. I’m just departing on my most recent stay this weekend and I finally found the culprit - black mold in two different spots in our bathroom. Room 209 for reference. Flagged this to the hotel when finding it and was told there was no mold in our room (without them looking), and flagged again to another employee on the way out (this time with photos) and she apologized. I hope they take this feedback seriously because it’s very unsettling to be in a room you know you’re being exposed to black mold AND paying for! Also be aware there is essentially no housekeeping anymore. We don’t expect daily housekeeping, but the day we knew they were coming we left out a few dollars to show our thanks. Came back to the bed completely unmade and only towels swapped, but of course the money taken. Left a sour taste in our mouth considering it’s pretty standard for beds to be made, especially when not having it done daily. Not the end of the world, just be aware. The one redeeming quality that has remained consistent is the friendly breakfast staff and nice breakfast spread. Due to discovering visible mold and waking up with daily asthmatic symptoms, I will no longer be going back here and risking the effects it has on my health. I hope this review helps bring awareness to prevent others from having the experience we had!
